    Way too much aggravation. After reading all of these posts, and others, I wouldn't order from them if they cut the lead time down to a few weeks, lol.

    Please, if anyone is considering Gobi, find somewhere else to take your business.

    I think I’m going to get to the Bay Area and see if BAMF can help me out with something.

    Damn. That just sucks.

    My ARB rack will be here in a few weeks. When I called to check on it I was told it 'might' be coming from Australia. LoL. A quick message to a facebook friend/fellow 4R guy straightened that out.

    ARB was really helpful on the phone. I know they are kind of an archaic brand, but their stuff just seems to work. And last. Too bad they don't do full length racks and ladders for the 4R.

    Well, still sitting here with my thumb up my ass and no ladder, no tracking info and no charge to my card.

    This is week 15 since order was placed. I tried calling them 1/2 dozen times with no answer and finally just emailed them to hold my stupid ladder until I get a permanent address in August.

    The only credit I’ll give them is they don’t charge you until the item ships.

    Their production operation must be a one man show and their customer service office must be on island hours.

    I saw that they are closed this week and will be open on Monday.

    I’m half tempted to cancel my order with them through IG

    At least they haven’t charged us for the orders. I’m of the mind I may not even update my address with them and see how long before they contact me for an update or if they just don’t give a shit.

    After following the pelfrey implosion, I flatly refuse more than a 4 week lead time. If you have a 3rd Gen or newer 4Runner or Taco, then take a look at these guys. They are down to a 1-2 week lead time. My Matterhorn with a half height fairing was $800.
