For suspension I run the Ironman 4x4 2.5" suspension lift, UCAs, bump stops, extended brake lines, sway bar links, diff breather extensions. Pretty mild stuff, still running (and will keep 265/70/17s tires). I ran 33's on my last 4Runner and I never felt it made enough difference for the mild wheeling I do.

Pros, however, I have completely different recommendations. Consider this: https://westcottdesigns.net/product/fox-trd-pro-lift-kit/ + UCA (not 100% needed but not a dumb idea). I run the Ironman 4x4 ones, but for a TRD Pro I'd go with JBA standard duty. The black and red on the shock body will match the red of the UCA, and the black of the body of your 4Runner. JBA makes good stuff.

If you wrench on your stuff, we can help. It's completely understandable if you end us having a shop do it. I actually plan on doing a TRD Pro with this kit in September when it cools off some. Probably take an 8 hour day.

Also there's a Memphis tread, I'll tag you in it.
