Just sucked down a dozen blue crabs and a quart of raw oysters!

 

3 Egg Omelet w/cheese and 4 strips of bacon (chopped up and added to the omelet), with a side of hash browns.

Chips, Flauta's, Taquito's, Beef Burrito with a side of queso, quacamole and spicy salsa!

 

I didn't make it, but I ate every bite of it:

Sliced brisket, mac-n-cheese, potato salad, yeast rolls and sweet-n-spicy bbq sauce!

Crockpot ribs! They taste so good you wouldn't even think I cooked them in the crock!

....served with a side of fries & a yeast roll.

 

Spaghetti & Meatballs.

• Angel hair pasta. Boiled, then tossed in a frying pan with some garlic to give it a little more flavor.
• Spicy Marina - I added a little red pepper flake to it, to give it a little more spic.
• Sweet Sausage Meatballs.
• Cheesy garlic bread. Sprinkled with parm.

I hate to cook and i really don't want to be bothered with the work. I just want to eat.

Well i found this magic oven and food delivery program, kind of reminds me of the Jetsons. Everything comes ready to go in the oven in under 60 seconds, i stick it in the oven and this comes out. Its completely amazing.

Oven is getting replaced it over cooked it a little.

 

What's your process on the crock pot ribs?

 

I buy store brand ribs (Kroger for me). Naked. No seasoning.

1) Thaw the ribs to room temp before cooking.
2) Rub them with a seasoning of your preference. I used brown sugar and a 'rib rub' recipe that I stole from my sister. It has a bit of cayenne pepper in it.
3) I cut the rack of ribs in half so the can be stacked on top of each other inside the crock pot.
4) I take a cup of BBQ sauce. Again, use the flavor of your preference. I use Sweet Baby Ray's - Tangy BBQ. I coat the bottom of the crock pot with bbq sauce and the rest I coat the ribs with. I also use liquid smoke on the ribs. 4 - 5 drops usually does it for me.
5) Cook on high for 1 hour.
6) After 1 hour, turn down to low and cook for another 4 - 5 hours. I like my ribs tender, you may want them tougher.
7) After they are done cooking I carefully take them out using tongs and place them on a pie sheet (or pizza pan). I coat them in BBQ sauce again. I pre-heat the oven to broil and put the ribs in to cook for another 5 - 7 minutes. This gives the sauce on the outside a char look and some snap-crunch to them when you finally eat them.
8) After 5 - 7 minutes on broil, take them out and serve after they cool down! The rib bone should slide out clean.

Now you have very tender ribs that have a hint of smokey flavor and you didn't have to do much work at all! Serve with fries/mac-n-cheese/baked potato, whichever you like best.

 

Ive been eating ALOT of olives. They have garlic stuffed, pepper stuffed, and blue chees stuffed olives. Then they have these smaller pitted ones cant remember their name its almost a nutty taste.

It's a perfectly chilly day to eat some chili!


I bulked it up a bit by adding some regular frito's, sharp cheddar and diced green onions on top. Served with a big ass piece of mexican corn bread smoothered in Irish Butta'.
