Hey, so I am new on here and I have the anytime fog mod on my Tacoma and want to do it to my 4Runner but as you all know it requires digging through harnesses, relays, wire taps, etc. I am currently trying to find an alternative way to have constant power to the fogs and not be affected in brightness or with other lights on. But for the time being this is what I have on my 4Runner, I have these LED lights that I hooked into the DRLs so they are always on White, and I got them as switchbacks so I also tapped into the turn signals and they turn Amber with the turn signals. I really like the look and they are bright and stay on with headlights and fogs on.

Yeah it’s not that hard, but the way I am trying to have it is to a 3 way switch and wire pod lights in, so one function is just the fogs, second function is just pods, third function is both on.

A common 3-way switch would be one on - both off - the other on. There is no single miniature switch (that I know of) that energizes both circuits at the same time. You’ll need two SPST switches and two relays for that setup.

Wanted to verify a thought with you guys to make sure I'm not creating feedback to ecu etc.

Add aob switch, add relay. Relay output t tap to white Grey wire fog feed. Leave oem stalk switch untouched and use aob switch for anytime fog. Or without aob switch activated uses stock stalk function.

Or remove harness from stalk to avoid any return power coming from new relay/Grey white wire.

    Danke!!
