Where did you get your cover from? I have a California car cover that is fitted for mine. Yours looks somewhat similar.

My beloved Corvette C6 sold today. Buyer and seller are both happy so my 2024 Limited "Moby Dick the Great White Whale" finally now has a home out of the blazing Arizona sun, the upcoming June dry heat, the July monsoon hail storms, on a flat concrete floor for proper maintenance and secure from the various scorpions, tarantulas, rattle snakes and the wire eating desert rats! So happy, life is good!

That has to be the cleanest garage I have never seen!

 

In the 80s I had a 79 that was my dirt bike hauler. That truck refused to die in spite of my efforts. I wouldn't mind having it again.

4r is out of commission while I take forever to squeeze a newby brake job into work and family schedule (not our daily). I’m trying to be prepared for seized parts before all the wheels are off.

I have been a big fan of keeping vehicles inside. The summer heat in Texas can be brutal at times and paint usually fades over time. The temp in my garage has reached 115F at times, obviously doors closed though.

I wish I had more space as the junk just keeps pilling up! most of my tools and yard stuff are in the back.

 

I agree buddy garages never have enough room. Be thankful you don’t need space for the snowblowers though. Someday those will rest in winter when I am a snowbird

I wonder when this thing started with covering the license plate on online posts? There must have been some bad thing happening back in the day where this just became habit. Maybe people doing bad things and posting them who knows. But yeah, I am doubling down on the locked and loaded. I hope they come.

 

I didn’t have a garage for the first twelve years here in Colorado so when we remodeled in 1995 I built myself a 600 sq. ft. heated garage and since my wife doesn’t drive anymore I’ve got lots of room.

Then about ten years later I decided to replace the metal storage shed in the backyard off the alley with a carport and a 240 sq. ft. storage area where I keep my motorcycle, lawnmower, snowblower, yard and power tools, etc. - you can never have enough storage and you don’t have to fill it up.

 

That is gorgeous. I dream of some day expanding mine back another 4-5ft and maybe another 2ft wide. I am restricted on a city lot. Or if I could build higher I could put my boat up on a lift and put a car or the 4R underneath.
