    Hi 4Runner lovers,

I was hoping for some advice on whether its worth leveling my 5th gen 4runner. Currently running stock 20" on my limited and want to put 18 with some BFG tires. Is it worth leveling it?

Is it "worth it"? There's no performance advantage, and you don't need to do it to fit 18" tires in there (in a similar size, obviously) so I guess technically it's a worthless mod. Most guys think it looks substantially better, so if that's important to you then maybe it is worth it.

I personally would level it, at the very least.

what would be the largest tires recommended? I don't do extreme off road. I just drive back country mainly.

You're getting outside my knowledge zone, especially if you are talking 18" wheels. You also didn't initially specify that you might want larger tires, which obviously would change the answer.

    This chart should help:
