Wheels and tires for 3 inch lift

I recently purchased a 2008 limited 4Runner and plan to lift it 3 inch. Now, I'm in need of new wheels and tires. Any recommendations for tires and rims, including sizes? With about 1 inch offset without trimming. Thx in advanced!! oh and i'm on a budget hehe.
