Great place to shop and quick shipping! I'll need to get the dome light eventually but not high on my list right now.

Getting there. Supposed to be 1” in the back and 2” in the front (that’s what she said). Unfortunately I didn’t measure from the hubs to the fender beforehand. My measurement now for the front 21” driver and 21.5 passenger, and 22.75” for the back. I’ll adjust the front to match, lower the passenger to 21”.

Blacked out badges, window deflectors, smoked 3rd brake light. I have a Borla muffler on order as well as some color matched engine cover stickers. I'll be painting the stock wheels soon as well. Falken tires in the fall as well.

Did the H9 headlight upgrade in the 4Runner. Found German-made Osram H9 bulbs at a good price at a local big box store in nondescript whitebox packaging:

Small flush cutter removed the second key in the electrical connector very easily, but I needed a Dremel to trim the metal socket lug by about 3mm. OEM H11 bulb on the left, H9 bulb on the right in both photos:

Installed. I was able to replace the driver's side bulb without removing the 24F battery:

Ironman 4x4 lift. Alignment tomorrow. Got more lift than advertised. Hopefully will settle a bit. Might need a spacer in the front once the bumper and winch are installed.

What are your measurements on 4 corners? And which exact Ironman lift you have? Do you have KDSS?

    Here's my measurements for comparison.
I got Ironman Foam Cell Pro front set at 2¼ and rear is 1.5 spring. Installed on my Limited with 3rd row (bit more heavy at 5060lbs).

It will settle! Mine was pretty high at first, but it settled after a week or so.

Originally had the bumper cut to clear 33's with no lift. GF crashed Ruby the day after I got my TSO bumper. Got the new bumper on, then installed the TSO bumper. Just got the high clearance wings back from powder coating

Lift done. I didn't measure the front before I installed everything but the rears went from 21 5/8 and 22 1/4 to 25 and 25 1/2 in the rear. The front is now 23 and 22 5/8 Was hoping this lift would fix my level problem but the frame must be bent or something. It's been off since I bought it but I didn't notice until I approached it one day in the parking lot from the back.

Is stage 1 nitro with medium springs front and rear. I do A LOT of highway miles so can't go too crazy. Ride is definitely stiffer but not harsh. Will likely do control arms and tires this year at some point. I'm perturbed by the L to R unevenness but not sure putting a spacer on just one side is a viable option

Tires will come this year sometime as well as CAs and maybe spacers so will just have to do another alignment

Your frame is not bent, Toyota's have a driverside lean. Everything is on the driver's side, so it naturally leans that side. When I installed my Ironman, I hiked up the passenger side to level the lean out.

Well it's a bit late now to buy the adjustable kit. I'll just have to learn to live with it.

Not totally today but throughout the week.

Installed c4 lopro bumper and Warn 12s winch. I also changed my spring rate to compensate for the additional weight up front. Went from kings 550 to 600lbs. Made a nice difference and not rough for daily driving.

Put on some new wheels as well.

After a settling period, measure again. If there is a still a lean (most likely there will be), you can add a small spacer to compensate for the lean. As folks have posted, relatively cheap in US (everything is costly in Canada ).

I’m really itching to get this bumper installed, just so pricey to get it to Canada (shipping, plus conversion to Cdn$ @ 1.4x). What size tires did you go with?

So I'm gonna pick at some of y'alls brains. I need recommendation for a 20-inch amber light bar. I was scouring the net all weekend while at work. Saw some that would break the bank. Others that are (more than likely) cheap Chinese imitations. So what I'm really looking for is something that's kinda middle ground. The purpose is adding a light bar to my bull bar I've ordered.

    TIA!

Not today but saturday, I bought it, put in my glovebox organizer and console tray then proceeded to load it up with boxes (because my gf is moving) with about 12 miles on it. I'm up to a whopping 110 miles this morning. Already sent an email asking for a price on the 'trail' running boards (as a temporary solution) since I might not do sliders until I do a lift and that might be 12-18 months out (want to make a big dent in the loan first).

Need to decide on crossbars, saw some posted by someone here that look beefier and more customizable than the factory rails so I might go with those although I kind of like the idea of removing them for the winter to make it easier to clear the snow, 2 vs 4 probably not that big a deal though...
