Got a link to the CD player that you used? I was researching these a couple years ago and found that there are all kinds of different ones and some work with some cars while not others. I'm curious about this one.

That's good news, but what is it? What brand, etc. I can't tell just by looking at the picture.

It was a freebie from a friend. I will have to ask him. He gave it to me since his car has a cd player in it. If it dies or stop working, No loss to me.

Cool. Thank you. I wonder if there's something special about it.

Finally got all of my LasFit lights on, ditch lights, 22” upper grille light bar spot and flood combo, 32” lower grille spot and flood combo. Had to dremel out the black plastic under the sensor for the lower grille light. hooked them up to my switch pros sp9100. Very bright lights for a decent price.

Did you use the Lasfit light bar in the upper grill? Do you have pictures of how you mounted?

I’ll snap a pic for you but you can get the 22” lasfit pop the rad cover off and you’ll see push pins where your grill mounts they are perfectly aligned with the 22” lasfit bar to remove those clips and bolt the light bar dead center. I am currently putting new gears in my duramax. I’ll snap pics when I get a chance.

We're stopping Vegas on the way back from Flag. Don't know if we'll hit one there but we are staying in Barstow on the way down (as opposed to staying in Apple Valley or Victorville). Likely hit The Hat in Temple City between Barstow and Seal Beach, also. If we could make Philippe's for a French dip, Olvera Street for taquitos, and Musso and Frank's, it would be a home run!

Did the dash speaker swap today! Buddy of mine printed out the brackets so I didn't have to cut the stock/buy extras.

Mounted up some extremely heavy duty MaxTraxx Micro recovery boards today. It was a tough process trying to figure out the mounting method but got it done. This makes the rig totally ready to recovery those soccer moms shopping at the nearby mall, Target or Whole Foods. Concrete surface required to perform recovery. Also adds 0MPG to your ride.

Awesome thanks! I'm not sure if I can fit a light bar in there since my winch control is in the upper grill, but I would like to try.

Great "fatty, sloppy" pastrami! For a deli pastrami, we will go to Katella Deli in Los Alamitos.

Enough, I am getting hungry. Making Reubens for dinner tonite, by coincidence.

Partial fail…purchased the 2020 center console rear panel, USB port and wiring. Everything works except the rear vent tube must have changed for the models with rear USB. However I had incorrectly ordered the rear USB port before but it plugged into the wiring for the center console power port. I installed it in place of the passenger side power port and gave up the center console power port I never use. Eventually I’ll do research and change the vent tube if I can so I can use the 2020 panel.

    @Old Red

The wiring you referenced for rear USB plugs in correct but the vent tube is different.

Serviced the sticking parking brake in the RH rear corner. What a pain in the ass! The cup washers holding the shoes to the backing plate need to be accessed through a little hole in the hub flange, about as easy as laparoscopic surgery... Had to do the job twice because the Bosch shoes were oversized, and would't fit inside the rotor hat

    AL9nZEUjQ4sQ1Z_ePaCUf4YT6ffqJPCKGsejLvzZ_4240258acecef443965ad97f7479481e12419ef7.jpg AL9nZEUxGWLy98rYSPun4o7y0b0toY41wHe_eVSx_0d348e7e388fbdc6867880486d0e46e63d182387.jpg

The rest of the corner brake job went smoothly. I went with Bosch BC606 ceramic pads in a new Raybestos FRC10463N caliper on a Raybestos 980780PER slotted rotor. Replaced the brake hose, too, because rust. Sunsong 2204834 hose and Carlson H95042 banjo bolt
Took it for a test drive. No more dragging caliper. Parking brake now works as it should with original OEM shoes freshly lubricated and adjusted.

Installed A-pillar grab handle. It seems more sturdy than the factory one on the passenger side!

Will this fit on a 2020 4runner? If so, where can I order this item? Thanks,

Yes! You'll need to order an OEM grab handle and a couple of plastic bolt covers from a dealership or online seller. Then you can email Jason Garza (jasontamu2002@gmail.com) to order the steel bracket and instructions you'll need to install the handle. I'd rate the difficulty level as intermediate for the install.
