    Bone stock...for now.
Yes, the remote still needs batteries. They last for years, so when the time comes, I’ll pull it out and change the batteries. I am sure there is a way to permanently power it, but it wasn’t worth the time investment to me to figure that out.

Never been a fan of HomeLink or leaving a door opener in a vehicle. I'm always afraid of the vehicle being broken in to. If they find the opener, you might not realize it's missing until you come home to find your home has been burglarized.

You can minimize risk by not leaving any documentation with your home address in the glovebox, like insurance and registration.
If you’re home and you park outside, disable the garage door opener receiver. Install a switch to turn off the AC. Also a good idea if you’re away on vacation.

You shouldn't be leaving anything with your name on it in your car. But it happens. And there's a good chance someone who wants your car already knows where to look ;)

Some more modern controls allow you to disable all remotes. Personally, disabled should probably be the default unless you have a more advanced remote. But if your car is parked outside, all someone has do is push the button...chances are someone's door will open.

Took off the venture rack. Never wanted it simply because it will never be used. I just wanted the color. It was silver or black. Black looks fantastic, I just don’t like taking care of it.

After installing a pair of Renogy 100w solar panels between the roof rack (two months ago) I installed crossbars of 80/20 1"x3" with angle hardware to re-install the tandem bike rack.

Pinstripes, lots of em. Plus a couple dents.
Visited family in Grand Haven Michigan for Thanksgiving. 1500 miles round trip. Got some snow while I was there and Mud Terrain Tires made driving around interesting.

The roads on the way home Sunday were packed with cars. I took a 2 lane road 100 mile detour just to get out of the crowds on the highways.

Installed the Ironman Foam Pro 2 stage 2 lift kit.

So far, loving the improved ride quality. Still waiting for tires and I should be good. Currently, still rolling with stock 265 series tires on the TRD Pro wheels.

Front seat jackets and MMP ordered today. I always like to order these little ingenious parts that may or may not enhance my enjoyment of the 4R.

I’m happy with how it turned out considering it was my first time wrapping anything. Slight angle of photo makes it look a little off, but I assure you it is evenly spaced with hood lines. Knifeless tape made a nice straight line.

Started my project on flattening the floor. I’m no craftsman so it’s not pretty as some of my screws didn’t countersink fully, they will be covered. Trying to decide between carpet or a treadmill mat which would be way more comfortable.

I used 1/2” plywood 43”x41”. I didn’t want it to rub on the wheel wells so I left about a 3/8 gap all the way around. I used three 2x4’s cut to 30”. I used two 2x4’s as far outside to wedge against the wheel well so the platform won’t slide around. The 3rd 2x4 is off center to the driver side since that’s the best side for me to sleep so I can stretch out since I have the 40% seat bottom removed for easy entering for my dog. And I leave the 60% side in for the daily drives and long trips for my dog.

I’m planning on making a slide out table. I also need to figure out the best way to anchor it to the stock D rings. I highly doubt this thing would become a projectile since the rear seats lean back and that wedges the platform. If anyone has ideas of simple anchoring options I would appreciate them.

I like the color of the wood as it sort of matches my beige interior. My dog Nick approves.

Not near as bright as my ditch lights, Maby not even as bright as factory.also came with 2diferent bezels? Wtf. $250 dollar lights for ya. Need to shim them up still won’t point down far enough to be (sae) compliant in the c4 bumper. They look good tho

Got rid of some more chrome. I hate that AJT and MESO were told to stop making these, yet China gets to profit. I hate chrome so much that I don’t mind giving them some money. Looks similar or the same as my AJT did on my pro. MESO door handles, MESO start button ring and now Chinese steering wheel emblem all for $60. The remaining chrome on the shifter and ac vents probably won’t get done since a black TRD shift knob is $80-90 and I actually like the size of the one in my SR5P. Let’s see how long this Chinese tape lasts or if I’m the start of their next pandemic.

I was glad when you ended up back in a 4R after selling your Pro...you didn't waste any time modding the SR5, I have to say.

Those are SCS Stealth 6 wheels, look like Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. Probably 285/75r17 or thereabouts.

Picked up my ORP yesterday. Today I put on sealant, removed the skids, WoolWaxed the inside/outside frame, installed TRD skid plate, trail running boards, and AVS hood deflector. All ready for winter!
