Looks like 12MM socket, 22 ft lbs.

I did read a while back saying the new bolts with the skid plate didn't work (they are longer) and someone just used the bolts from the OEM skid plate and that worked. The bolts look to be M8x1.25x20mm for factory

Here's an old post with the part number

Thank you! The overlay for the “T” emblem above the “4RUNNER” emblem got twisted up and I could not use it. I’m going to order another one.

Trd skid installed (was able to easily reuse the plastic radiator cover which I’m psyched about) and a little d shackle bling... debating taking a trip vs some sliders

I’ve had my ORP for almost 3 weeks now and have 102 miles. Love the truck but as we all know, the factory headlamps suck. I swapped out all of the headlamp bulbs for Hella H9s and 9005s. I am now finally done replacing factory lights having replaced all of the interior lights with LED, “Tail as Turn” tail lamps, LED front marker and turn signals, sequential turn signals, and MESO LED puddle lights. I didn’t have time to take it out tonight to see the difference in the headlamps but as for the life changing experience I was hoping for based on what I have read ... well, that didn’t happen. They do seem a little brighter. Maybe I will be able to tell more once I am out in a really dark area. To be determined.

Not that I can tell. Tire noise seems to cover everything.

You’ll definitely see the difference on a dark road. The difference is huge.

I still think it's a "huge" improvement, but I suppose the actual lumen gain isn't. It was perfect for me, because I spend a lot of time on highways at night when I DO travel... I suppose in town, the wannabe tuners, obnoxious business signs and streetlights (in that order, in my area lol) all contribute to the misperception that H9s are "dim". Being able to drive at night with bugs all over the glass VS pulling over constantly to hand-scrape, squeegee and refill the washer reservoir? I'm happy!
It isn't going to be as much of a lumen gain as HIDs, but as someone who has not only been blinded repeatedly by dumbasses with aftermarket HIDs/LEDs, but who has also witnessed multiple road rage incidents where the offending vehicle was harrassed or assaulted, I did not want to be that guy.
Besides, HIDs/LEDs not only cost a whole lot more (if you want anything worth a damn), they're also typically more of a pain to install. Would you rather have an extra pair of snips in the glove box (if you want to replace with H9s again on the road, you can always buy H11s temporarily) or modify your dust caps, maybe your harnesses, and have to keep another set of HIDs/LEDs (because your eyes will NOT like the sudden change back to H11 in a pinch, and you'd have to uninstall the ballast modules if they fry, etc.)?
I think with a little night driving in a spot where you aren't constantly outshined by the goons out there, you'll feel better with your purchase

I too did not want to be “that guy” who is blinding people which is why I opted for the H9s over HID or LED. I saved the old bulbs and I can use those in a pinch.

Seems to be a common issue. What trim lvl is your 4Runner? I wonder if the steering wheel material is same on all trims
