Still looking for a source for black out decals for the side badges. I really don't want to paint or replace these.
rrentrop on the Tacoma forum has some great items but not for the 4runner.

I just got this email from magnuson. Would it be worth it

We're finally ready to take in applications for those who own 2010-Present Toyota 4Runners or 2010-2014 Toyota FJ Cruisers who are interested in being part of our pilot build program. Here's how it works:

-First, if you are on Facebook and/or Instagram, please make sure you are following us.
-Apply using the "APPLY NOW" button below. Review of the applications will take approximately 2 weeks depending on how many we get (which will be a lot). Please do not contact us at all about the application selection until we contact you.
-If selected you will receive an email from us sometime Sep 11-15th 2017. If you do not hear from us, please wait till the production kits are available for the masses.
-When selected you must be ready to purchase the blower at the discounted rate we are providing it for ($5000+shipping). We will have you call in to place your order. You will also be signing a pilot build/sponsorship agreement.
-Once you receive your supercharger kit, the FIRST thing you will need to do to help facilitate a quicker install is remove your ECU and mail it to us so that we can load in the calibration for the kit. The quicker you send it, the quicker we can get it back. You can even do this the moment you've paid for the kit instead of waiting till you receive it at your door.
-You or a local shop will install your kit and document any difficulties or suggestions you might have with the installation process and provide that written feedback to us. No whining, just professional feedback. Please do not custom calibrate or tune your vehicle on a dyno until after the pilot build phase is complete.
-Once the kit is installed and your newly programmed ECU is back in, please daily drive the vehicle, perform recreational activities with it if possible, and just flat out HAVE FUN with it. Photo/Video document your happiness with your new-found horsepower and torque and Photo/Video document any issues you might have with the kit after installation and use and provide back to us for review and support. If you need to bring the vehicle to us to have something looked at or checked, please do.
-If there are any issues with the vehicle due to the recently installed supercharger kit, please be ready for us to have your vehicle for as much time as needed to fix the issue to determine where the issue occurred and how to move forward with it. Please have another daily driver ready to go, we will not be covering rental car expenses.
-Once the pilot build testing phase is complete, please continue to enjoy your kit and show the world what they will be looking forward to expecting when the rest of the production units come to market this year!
    APPLY NOW

3 year / 36,000 mile Warranty will be provided on all supercharger kits!

Finally received and installed the Ecotechne ladder. After a long delay with minimal updates, we received incorrectly bent bottom brackets. Had to go to a welder to have it cut and flipped and reweld it.

Once you figure out how it’s supposed to be assembled, no. I was able to assemble it myself without any help.

Try plasti dip. It's cheap and pretty easy. If you don't like it, use wd40 to remove it. I dipped my door handles for added scratch protection and to give more contrasting color to my stormtrooper look, lol.

After getting the call today that I will not be purchasing the Cement Pro I installed the following back on,
NFAB nerf bars, VLED interior, LED reverse bulbs, back up and fog lights.
Also ordered a set of Xenon Depot HID because WTH. Can't wait to throw those in.

The Carista app and ODB2 module just eliminated the ECO bar. Glad to see that bar out of the way of the MPH display.

Rich Rentrop will create some after he gets a set of badges. He does great work and make a high quality overlay. We need to find someone that has debadged their TRD Off road and send them to him to copy.

Hi I got the ODB2 as well. I am having a hard time getting it to work as it keep saying I need to purchase more... is that true? I thought everything was free once you buy the ODB2 and use the Carista app.

Front windows tinted today ... noticing the color difference inside, which I was aware of beforehand from here as well as the tint shop I went to. He suggested I could do a 35% in the rear on top of what is already there and it would alleviate it some. Thoughts?

It will cost you $9.99 for a week of use of I believe $39.99 for a year?

So I finally got the 4Runner back after months. New tailgate, glass, hinges, etc. Pretty much everything is new. Noticed tonight that when I close the tailgate with the glass down/open that the glass rattled pretty good. I don’t know that I remember it being like that before. Also the top edge of that tailgate is a bit lower than the body. Is all this normal or was something not assembled correctly?

So I got my truck back and I found the shop used seam sealer taper rather than the liquid like the factory on the new liftgate. It’s already not sticking in some spots. I’m not happy. I see the tape is an option, but I would prefer the liquid like OEM. Thoughts?

They are now available on e-bay from Nox Lox - I'm staying with the plasti dip for now, as they connected too much of the lettering with black plastic gob.

Went to a local off-road park today. Had a chance to check out crawl control and multi terrain select. Worked like a charm! Crawl control is amazing! Like cruise control in 4 wheel low.

Added my 2" lift today. Went with Toytech Trd Pro front spaciers and Wheelers T13 Rear Springs. Really like the level stance I got. Also added the Toyota Red caliber covers, can't get enough of the Red accents in my book. My only problem with the lift is now I want the 285/70/17 tires. With only 800 miles on the stock 265/70/17 I'm trying to restraine myself. Almost forgot, did the color match body side molding last week, nothing worse than a door ding on a brand new car.
