Nice, was it difficult to remove/replace ? … also thinking of doing this but why not just paint original black ?

Washed and did a quick spray wax. Need to do the clay bar and paste wax but I ain't got time for that shit with 2 kids under 5yo. I was lucky to get the spray wax on it.

Greased the U-joints and the slip joints for the first time. Easy job. Cleaning of the extra grease coming out of the U-joints took the longest.

Noticed half of one of my raptor lights was burned out. Just pulled them both off and returned it to stock since I don't use them anyways. Looks better without them.

Scuff buffed out no problem. Couple minor pen head size chips in the paint Will get out the griots orbital and do a good detail this spring.

trying this 303 spray on sealant. Will see how it holds up.

How dare you? These trucks are meant to be waxed & driven to your covered parking @ work! That is gross.

Now to be serious, thank you for using & enjoying your T4R! I wish we had an area around here to play! Mud is hard on the trucks & hard to clean but it sure is fun. After 20 yrs of plowing I have learned to play in it! I find unplowed & not used lots that are deep & I have a blast!
We actually got a blizzard right before we bought our T4R. The night we took it home for an overnight test drive went to a lot close to our house (maybe 3 ft of snow @ the time). Wife was driving with those worthless Dunlaps and we got stuck as soon as we lost momentum. Without a recovery vehicle I asked to drive due to experience. 4L & I crawled out with no issues. Couldn't use terrain management as it was our first T4R & I had no idea how. It was on a long term test drive!
I love these T4R'S! They go through anything.

Did a little bit of playing today down the road from my house... I do this a few times a week but never really bother getting out to take pictures...

Finally got electricity installed to my new garage. 100 amp service. Have it pre-rigged for a 2 post lift, but that'll take a bit of saving, also have 50amp 220v ready for welder, 30amp for compressor, plenty of 20amp outlets and plenty of light! It's like daylight in there even at 2am. Even light and outlet under lean to. Garage is about 150 feet from my house power pole... So electric install ended up costing me roughly $4400 with permits and all . But I'm happy it's finally done.

Then I had to work on my sister's car

Oh... And here's my humble work bench and tools, plus a small compressor for now. These pictures just taken at 1am, plenty bright!

You can also see the 5 foot bar on the right, I'll be adding a full size fridge soon... Because cold drinks are a must while working LOL

Thank you very much! It's a work in progress. Will take quite a while to be finished. Lift and welding station are next.

Thanks bro! I really appreciate it. I've been wanting this for years, and it'll prolly take me another few years to get it "finished" ... If only money wasn't an issue LOL

After Auto tech and performance school is finished next year, I go straight into a 1 year welding program at the same college. I've never welded anything in my life, but want to learn... After that I may look into a paint and body school...

I'd really like to be able to build some offroad buggies... One at a time. From the ground up.. That's my real end goal... But it's going to take time. I still have lots to learn.

I got the wiring done this evening, but I'm still waiting on the Caliraised OEM style dash switch. The brackets are slick! The lights sit very tight to the hood.

I have the switch Rigid provided hooked up in the meantime. I pulled out on my buddy's street and flipped them on for a minute and HOLY CRAP are they bright!

If anyone is looking at ditch lights or a light bar, and debating whether or not to spend the money on Rigid, I would say go for it at this point!

Awesome! I'll bet you're looking forward to working on the truck in there!

And, I agree; it's very important to stay hydrated while you're working:D
