Thanks for the reviews on the tires. Hopefully she’s as haply with them as you are.
I’ll also be purchasing JBA UCA’s in the next couple of weeks. So let me know how ya line those, Wally.

Also got my spare set of end caps and roof rails painted today. I used SEM 39143 Trim Black. It's OEM color matched to match the color of the trim on your windshield wipers and windows and other misc trim pieces. It's lacquer based and no priming was needed either. I called them just to verify but you can throw a clear coat on after 48 hours of hardening/curing time. They actually recommended I should do that since I was using it for a roof rack. I'll just clear it with a 2X matte finish from Rustoleum. If you buy this product DO NOT BUY IT FROM AN AUTO PARTS STORE unless you want to get ripped off. I got it from a local auto paint supply store for $10.22 a can. O''reilly's wanted over $18 a can.

    https://www.semproducts.com/product/trim-black/39143

Prep took a little bit of time. You'll need a torx set to get the rail ends off. I started off with a gray scotch brite pad. Moved to a 320 grit sanding block, but settled on the fine sanding block from 3M. There were just certain areas that the shine wouldn't come off that easy. Eventually got everything dulled down though. Then just degreased them and I'll save you my process there as I probably didn't do it very conventional. Though I know after sanding they air dried in less than 10 minutes and after degreasing it took nearly an hour to air dry. So I figured I did something right.

Painting I sprayed mist coat after mist coat after mist coat until I was happy. I got a little greedy with the first coat and had to sand back down some runs. So I just did a bunch of light mists coats and got to where I needed to be. Can says 5 minute flash time between coats. I probably gave it 10 or so.

Don’t know what climate you live in but, the front bug deflectors will rust your hood out in a heartbeat in the right (or wrong) conditions. I’ll never run one again.

My brother has had one on his 2007 Tacoma since 2007 not one bit of rust. Not too worried about it. This had plastic inlays that fit into the factory holes under the hood. Then a plastic washer before they were screwed on. No metal on metal anywhere.

58F06CBC-3042-4357-B00C-7834CE1D0AEC.jpg Finally received my Aiden james custom DRL driving light LED bezel kit after 8 months. The product is amazingly well constructed with consummate attention to detail. Was it worth the wait? I am very happy at the moment.

    This was the DRL before:

    DRL with headlights BEFORE:
    BB7343F0-E826-4EC6-A4A7-2C178E1BCA6D.jpg

Once I pulled the front end off I decided to clean some moisture out of my lenses that had streaked up the inside of my headlights from my HID’ s not being sealed properly. I sewed some neodynamic magnets up inside some microfiber pouches, sprayed one with a little windex and put the pouch through the headlight hole...after that it was easy to clean the streaks off! (Of course I made sure to seal the headlights properly this time with some silicone).

Also, since I had the front end off, I took the opportunity to put new sockets in for my blinkers since my switchback LED turn signals weren’t working properly. (I also disabled the factory DRLs).

Here’s after I put everything back together:

    DRLs only:

    DRLs with headlights:
    01D6C14B-1331-45DC-BD4D-65B288C6D2FC.jpg

Also, both the side lights and bezel LED’s turn amber when I turn on my blinker. I’m one happy camper!

I put my visors on the day before I went on a trip, left the 4buggy untouched for 4 days. I still had problems with two windows getting caught in the way up. Went on another trip for 5 days, after that trip I had no problems. I can’t function without having these on any vehicle I have, I think it comes from being a one time smoker. Hope yours only take the 72 hrs!

To the passenger side engine compartment. I'll upload pics tomorrow. The waterproof relays should be here then.
Running the relays to the alpine halo9 to control the pods, light bar and the reverse pod.

Threw these guys on a few days ago. Inexpensive and protective little magnetic door handle protectors. Cupeez.......cheap on Amazon. One size fits all. We've had them on the wife's ride for a few years now. Zero issues and they've never moved.

2019 Toyota 4Runner Off Road Premium
Just installed factory roof rails for now. I’ve had them since I bought the truck. Just had to find time to put them on.

They are FN wheels FX pro. I wanted the bronze 16 bead-locks, Toyota said they fit. I bought them put them on and front wheels wouldn’t turn. Put spacers no luck still. Neighbor had taco truck we ended up swapping wheels.

I have the Bronze FN FX Pros also, I went with the matching Bronze centers. These wheels are 8 inch wide, where the OEM pro wheels are only 7".
