You got me! It amazes me that a car that sold for $58K to $60K brand new, eight years ago (almost 9), now regularly fetches $55K to $59K now on the used car market. Hemmings, Edmunds and others show that the value of the 2013/14 GT500s is going up. They bottomed out a year or so ago, or so Mecum Auctions is saying. Glad we bought ours for $55K with 11,182 miles on the odometer back in 2019. Ours is one of 7 ever built with the same color combo/interior combo. 4,077 coupes and 808 convertibles ever built for the 2013 model year. Maybe that is why. Now hard to find and not cheap... Not bad for a car with the "stick" for a hood prop.

I did a search this morning for other 2013 GT500s: Hemmings lists one for $100,000, but it is a low mileage Super Snake. Edmunds lists two: $57,650 for one with 4,674 miles and a high mileage one for $45,998 with 43,201 miles. Car Gurus had four: prices ranging from $52,965 up to $61,999, with mileages between 1,900 to 15,775. Not bad for an 8 year old car that has a stick to prop open its hood. Maybe the 662 horsepower is the draw?

I love getting out on the Kayak. I go on an annual trip covering 68 river miles over the course of 4 days. It's such a blast - minus the pesky mosquitos. They were the worst last year.

Very nice. Not a "bow tie guy", but I always appreciate nice muscle cars of any era.

A bit expensive to remedy. I baby my Shelby. It took me until I was 59 years old to finally get one, so I won't tear it up like some folks do. Hell, I baby my 4Runner. I spent an hour and a half last night detailing it from top to bottom. It will likely rain today now....
