I filled my tank this afternoon and then went to get a car wash around the corner. After I left the wash I parked to dry my new 2019 TRD Pro with 700 miles on it I noticed that my gas door was open and my gas cap was left off. I am incredibly dumb and feel sick to my stomach. I drove home and everything seemed ok right now. Will this cause issues if a small amount of water got into the system?

I wouldn't panic since you just filled up. Very minimal amounts could of got in there if any did. The ethenol in the gas should keep you protected as it absorbs water. If you're really worried still go buy a can or two of Heet and add that. That should absorb any water left over.
