I was changing the plugs on my wife's 2011 4Runner the other day (100,000 miles) & noticed oil in one of the spark plug tubes. I went ahead & purchased a Fel-Pro valve cover gasket kit & plan on tackling this job next week.

Any advice on removing & installing the spark plug tube seals?

I know the valve cover gasket is installed clean & dry but should oil be used to install the spark plug seals?

    Thank you for any advice.
