So I found some TRD Valve Stem Caps on line and ordered them. Finally got them installed. They did not come with instructions so it took me a while to figure them out. Im still not sure I have the correct cap on the correct tire but at this point Im done trying to figure it out.

But let me tell you!!! $$$$ well spent. Im not even considering a super charger now. My Runner is like a rocket ship. Its almost too fast.

And people seem to love them. Guys all give me thumbs up and girls blow me kisses. I cant park anywhere without returning to a crowd of people around my rig.

Crazy how such a small mod can make such a huge difference.

Oh damn dude, they obviously forgot to send you the product warning!
Glad that nothing bad happens on you first run after installation since this one’s really fire up a rig.

Yeah it's crazy. Good thing I have experience with super high horsepower motorcycles and cars (Honda XR250 and Suzuki Samurai). I was able to quickly feather the throttle and keep it safe. LOL

You know, I was wondering what was making ours feel...
I got ours on Amazon last summer. Imagine this; the key ring "tool" doesn't fit! Still looks nice on the key ring & the wheels.

Mine did not come with the "tool" but I did get a 5th cap for the spare. Guess I now need to buy a rim for the spare that matches the others.

There's a number stamped on the bottom of the valve core. Just take out the core, and match up the number with the cap. You'll save some weight if you leave the valve core out so you can go even faster-er and get better gas mileage. Getting the cap back on quickly takes practice, but by the third one, you'll be a pro. Easy peasy.

Give your rig a good wash and it will go even better. Better aerodynamics without that film of dirt messing up the laminar airflow.

If you got the solar recharging ones, don't forget to turn your 4R around once per day. Otherwise one side of your vehicle will be faster. You'll go in circles.

On a serious note. I took our T4R in for its 5k inspection @ 6k for a tire rotation etc. (been busy). I took it to my brother in law (works @ a tire shop & sold us many sets) says that the "Chine" made caps made of all metal & no rubber/ plastic can "weld" themselves to the valve stem! This requires them to cut the stem which inevitably ends up nicking a wheel....
I took my decorative & power adding caps & swapped them over for the 4 plastic gray ones that came with the tires.
    Something to think about...
Their tire shop has been in business over 73yrs! This is not a franchise. I know the owner & he is in the building daily!
If you are ever in the area & need service or advice.

    Edit for length in business.

Tomorrow, I shall ask if anti seeze would stop this with no ill effects? I like my wheel power adders! LMAO
