TRD/URD install on a 5VZ-FE

    Toytec Ultimate 3" lift susp w/ OME 891 rear coils, Bilstein 5100 shocks front & 5125 rear, ARB 'Roo Bar, Warn VR10k, 0.7, 2 & 11-meter 2 way radios, Nitrogen inflated 33" BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2s, FlexFuel E-85 conversion, AFe lifetime filter, Savage Offroad rock sliders, Ryno All Terrain 4.5mm skid plates, Line-X coatings on the armor, LifetimeLED & Rigid Industries LED headlights, UltraGauge 1.2, T3q 4.10 eLocker with armor from LROR, AmsOil lubricants used throughout. CBI plate rear bumper with swingaway, SPC Light Racing UCAs, ARB SS170HF Safari snorkel w/ Afrikaans centrifugal pre-cleaner, Tacoma antenna mod, TRD Supercharger w/ URD 7th inj. & URD pulleys, Anti-Dark engine bay lighting system. Having gone 250k, Aug 2016 was the time to replace the original clutch & get the driver's seat rebuilt/stuffed. Front & back Weathertech liners. Tundra front disc brake swap. Full length Rocky Mountain Rack with 40" lightbar & alternating strobe rear dust lights. I used a warm weekend in March 2022 to finally install my brand new from old stock 2000 4Runner driver's seat. $800 directly from the factory in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.
    I finally got everything (see below) ready to have my s/c installed & then a drastic schedule change to the installer derailed the project at the final stage. :annoyed: Since then I've been PMing with various other 2k4R 5VZ-FE owners & have begun to think it may not be as difficult as I had initially believed.

    *7th injector installed to the EGR port on the supercharger as per the URD instructions on pg.18

    1 x URD SuperGrip Supercharger Pulley for 3.4L Toyota Trucks - Pulley Size: 2.2 Inch *Installed
    2 x PTR30-35040 - TRD Supercharger Belt - V6 3.4L
    1 x PTR29-35043 - TRD Oil Change Kit 3.4L V6 supercharger (black) *Installed
    1 x PTR29-35040 - TRD By-Pass Actuator for 3.4L Supercharger *Installed
    1 x PTR29-60030 - Replacement Throttle Body Gasket TRD
    1 x PTR29-60032 - TRD Dynamic Tensioner 3.4 SC
    1 x PTR29-60020 - Supercharger Service Parts 3.4L Install Kit
    1x 17176-62040 - Air Surge Gasket, Lower Plenum to Intake Manifold
    1x Auto-Meter LED/Mechanical 20 PSI BOOST/30 IN HG VACUUM Gauge

    Permission to copy has been granted. I'll upload when I get the chance.

    I'm kinda thinking of putting off the s/c install until after my Colorado emissions test in March. That way, should there be a problem, I'll have 2 yrs to get it into compliance instead of 30 days.

    Everything is lined up, all I'm waiting on is shop time coming available. :goingcrazy:
