I'm not sure why. It's just odd to me why my longer Tacoma has such a tight turning radius compared to my 4runner. My Tacoma has the caster set above factory specs at +4.5 degrees but I can't imagine that making the turning radius better.

On the same street, I've seen midsized cars like Accords and Camrys that have to perform a 3 point turn like my 4runner but my Tacoma can make a complete U-turn without having to backup.

Thanks again for all of the advice/opinions.
Wanted to see what they would give me so for a trade in. 2013 Tacoma limited with 75,000kms (47,000 miles). All maintenance up to date, TRD beadlock wheels, new duratracs. They wanted to give me $22,500 CAD ($16,200 USD) for a trade. I was hoping for $28,000 CAD ($21,060 USD) to make it work.

The hood had a ton of stone chips in it on the runner. I’m going to try to use that to lower the price. The sales guy was pretty confident about selling

Both are nice but I'd lean at keeping the taco if you've had it since new. I once traded a bought new vehicle (14 Taco) for a used vehicle (11 Tundra) and immediately regretted it. Lucky I got it reversed within the first week but it was a hassle ! Good learning experience though … also there was nothing wrong with the Tundra but there is something about being the OG owner ! Maybe its just me and /or a mental thing but never again.

Ouch, that’s a super low price. Not sure what they go for over there, but that truck here in my area would sell for 23-25 all day long. Might be better off selling it yourself, your biggest play right now could be the economic situation. Some money is better than no money to them at this point I would think. They need your business, not the other way around.

Well to be fair, the Pro is a good price too. You can't expect to get a screaming deal on a used truck at a dealer and still get above KBB on your trade... they gonna make their money on at least one end of the transaction, if not both.

Made the jump from a Tacoma to a 4R back in 2017. Going from the 3rd Gen Taco was a no brainer.

I am 6'4" and fit in the 4runner just fine with my two kids in the back. The 4runner is a great vehicle. A step up from the tacoma. A small utility trailer more than makes up for the need of a truck bed from time to time.

Nice Tundra but I'd imagine the 4Runner is better in the snow :)

Reminder to self: I need to buy a utility trailer. When I got married and had children, I traded in my pickup for an SUV and never regretted it. I think a utility trailer would really help me move more stuff
