    None.
I'm currently driving an '03 SR5 V8 with 191K miles. Body & interior is in great shape and it runs like a champ. I'm the original owner and have kept up on all the scheduled maintenance.
My wife has offered to buy me a 2018 Limited 4Runner to replace it, but not sure I want to take her up on the offer since my '03 is still going strong.

What do you all think I should do and why?

    Thanks.

Did you notice a difference in power with the 18 V6 vs the 03 V8.

Hmmm "your wife offered to buy it" and you're not sure??? OOKKKK... Sounds like a no-brainer to me. Do like I just did if it's an option and keep both. I kept my Honda (car) with almost 150,000 miles on it when I got the '18 4Runner. With that kind of miles on the car it was worth more to me to drive it for awhile and keep some miles off the Toyota.
