Thoughts on a 2WD 92 4R with 130k?

I'm looking at a 92 four runner of my buddies and all it needs is a rear end.and it only has 130000 miles But its a 3.0 and 2 wheel drive I was gonna put a locker in it because its essentially pointless with out 4wd.what do you think the chance would be of trading it for a 4x4 second gen pickup or 3rd gen

 

And what would it be worth if I were to sell it?
After its put back together

 

honestly thats a very undesirable combo with a 3.0 and 2wd, even with a locker its not an ideal vehicle. if you can pick it up really cheap then id say it may be worth it

 

I'm basically getting it for free but yes I knew that it was a bad combo all the way around and I despise auto trannys myself was just wondering how hard of a time I would have trading or selling it.I'm trading an unwanted vehicle for it. But its really clean no dents nice paint. Honestly if I had a 4wd 4r I'd put that body on it
