I thought it was a typo at 50k rpm.

But why the hell would you tow a 2021 anyways.

    'Cuz it's a Heep.. :D lol

It sounds like they towed it behind an RV. But, why the heck was it in 4LO? And how did they not notice that it was fighting the RV when they started to pull it??

The first story is almost unreal. The owner must have felt so bad for making such a catastrophic mistake. I can't imagine the expense to fix that jeep, and doubt insurance would cover any of it.

The second one is amazing. I believe in God, and I think He wanted the couple to live awhile longer.

My daughter & SIL had that exact Jeep pickup however after trying to tow their travel trailer last summer he traded it in for a GMC V8 diesel. Apparently it just kept shifting and revving all over the place on the highway towed really terribly. The trailer wasn't crazy heavy at most at the "limit" of the Jeep I believe. V6's just aren't made for that kind of work.

I'm thinking he had it tied behind a Big Diesel Pusher which likely gave little notice there was any additional drag. Next stop Peoria......ya know. lol

Too many mods and too much money
Well if there were any drive train parts that didn't break, Jeep can claim it was tested to 50k rpms.
