Taillight Running Light Function

The startup and running light function on my new Alpha Rex Luxx taillights are not working. I don’t believe it is the lights so does anyone have any ideas? Can’t find any blown fuses under the steering column or under the hood.

 

What do you mean by start up lights?

 

There is a light sequence that should happen when unlocked. Link below with example.

Did you put them in, or did you have someone do it? Are the lights out completely ? No brake, indicator, or "start up sequence"?? Grab your volt meter, and check for voltage back there. If you have it, call them/send them back, if you dont, (i have a feeling you do, but, never know) we work that issue. (odd its both of them, ehhh???)

 

I did put them in. Simple single connection plug and play. All other functions work fine. I’m stumped.

 

Sounds like its on them.
