Tacoma Shocks on a 3rd Gen??

    Will 2022 Tacoma TRD OR shocks fit my stock 2002 3rd gen with 17” wheels?
    They are Bilstein’s and I’m not sure about the model #’s in the pics.

    Short answer, no they won't. The fronts are way to long (would raise the front your 02 +4" or more), as for the rear shocks I'm not sure.

    Thanks! Shocks is one area I don’t have much experience.
    As much as my son would like the 4” lift, looks like these will not work. They were offered on CL for $200 locally & I figured I would look into them.
    Will probably go with Bilstein 5100’s in the near future.

    The Bilstein 5100’s will defiantly be an upgrade compared to these in my opinion

    8 inch suspension lift
    First gen tundra struts give you 3-3.5 inches of lift and are stiff enough to get rid of the front sway bar because ifs is not independent if there connected.
