Swaybar Disconnect for non KDSS

I went out a few weeks ago and I could tell a difference out there. I also disconnected them for regular driving and around town, I must say I have gotten used to having the swaybar on. So in summary, it is probably worth it to get the additional articulation without the swaybar. The installation was a bit tedious and it takes time if you are DIY. Get a friend or two to help you. It took me two solid days doing this as I was taking my time and being extra careful not messing things up or rushing things. Good luck!

 

while waiting for my airlynx (and swaybar bushings) to arrive I took out the front swaybar and... what a waste of money to buy anything for disconnecting it - it's like a completely different car and I am considering returning these airlynx because I might just keep the car without the swaybar altogether.

What a difference does it make! I am really shocked (note that my driving profile is kinda weird and not everybody will have the same experience, but with shocks stiffness maxed out and @ 10 psi for dune bashing) - the car now feels so smooth even when running on cross tracks at high speed... I am in love.
