Is the only way to get a 4Runner is to either pay mark up or wait 6 months on a new order?

A dealer sorta near me is wanting $58,622 for a new TRD ORP. It’s the color and package I want but I’m curious. Is everyone just paying over msrp nowadays?

Welcome to the forum. No, not everyone is paying over MSRP. Look around here and you’ll find lots of threads about dealerships that sell at MSRP, as well as those that don’t. Also, regional differences can affect which models and options are available. Lots of folks travel some distance to get what they want. There are good and bad dealers. Take your time and use the resources here. Good luck.

I’m located in Arkansas and would be willing to go to any of the surrounding states. I found a dealers list on here but the ones near me said it’d be around 4 months at best to get one :/

It will be a 4-6 month wait for anything priced invoice - MSRP. If you search and are willing to travel, you can probably get something sooner at MSRP. If you must have it right away and it has to be close by, then you’re stuck with what your local dealers want.

Cedar Park Toyota in Austin TX has quite a few 4Runners on their website. High volume dealer, doesn’t have ADM.

We bought from a small dealership, Stewart Toyota in Corsicana TX, no ADM, not even an addendum, straight MSRP. Ask for Brandon.

Closer to you. Many DFW dealerships don't have mark ups. Well additional markups.

Thank you fellas. I've reached out to both the dealerships you mentioned @redneck pilot and will also look at the other dealerships in the DFW area @Steely123. Just got my check in from my lemon case and ready to get a 4runner haha
