So I've had my trucks for a few months now, basically it's stock. I had the mechanic go thru it and fix any of the major stuff. I added a winch, high lift jack, new shocks all around and new tires yesterday.

I love the rear spare tire carrier on the back, it's an awesome feature to this truck. I've been looking it over for several weeks now, there's just not much to work with with a 31inch tire mounted to it.

I'd like to fabricate something to attach a 5 gallon fuel tank to it. I've got a welder and some extra stock laying around but nothing is coming to mind that would look good and be functional short of revising the whole thing.

    Looking for some ideas?

Anyone want too share some pics or ideas....

Rotopax makes a mount to hold one or two of their cans in the center of the spare.

Smittybilt makes one that holds "regular" cans

MeefZah, yeah that's works. Never crossed my mind to build off the center tire mount. Definitely sparked some ideas. Ty.

Oh And much cheaper on the auction site ;)
