Please know that this is a build in progress (aren’t they all?) But this is what I have to share for now…

In the following photo is the Vehicle OCD Center Console Organizer Tray. It fits perfectly in the console and holds everything I need to look good while driving my 4Runner. Note that the tray doesn’t interfere with the perfectly sized tissue box in the lid of the center cubby.

The tray lifts out to reveal a stash of coconut water. Hydrates better than water. Healthier than Gatorade. It’s so important when out in the wilds to remain hydrated to stay at one’s physical and mental best.

Next, a clever divider for the glove box. It keeps everything organized in oh-so-anal-retentive fashion.

    On to the TRIP REPORT!

First off, the radio is set to a soothing classical channel. The trail can be so jarring to the nerves. Breathe! Breathe!

Then my 4Runner and I hit the trail in earnest.

After wending my way through several obstacles I arrive at the first stop.

A surprise for my 4Runner. Spa Day!

First, a nice shampoo and blow dry!

    And a wax! ;-)

And to finish things off, a nice glossy pedicure. I avoid transient fashion trends, like those gauche heavily sculpted sidewalls on AT tires.

    Back onto the trail. Uh-oh. I wonder if there’s a bypass …

Second stop of the day. LUNCH for the 4Runner! Some place chic today I think.

Only the best for my baby.

Back onto the trail. From here on it’s smooth sailing with few serious obstacles.

And finally, the end of the trail and our destination. We arrive feeling sassy!

Made it! I hope there’s nothing more harrowing in store for the return trip!

Pretty harrowing story! I was hoping for a happy ending, but your final destination made my blood run cold. Truly a no man's land! I hope you had sufficient primitive living proficiency to live off the food court. A lot of people get in over their heads thinking they can escape any mall with 4WD.

Looking forward to your next adventure.

    Oooh look, another mod.....

I especially loved the last picture. At the mall. It shows your 4Runner in it's natural environment!

Thanks! I hold it in my mouth while driving to affect an air of sophistication. It’s perfectly clean and unused. Just like my tools.

Glad you appreciated it. Here’s another action shot. Look how brazenly I maneuver sideways athwart two spaces! Sheer testosterone.

Capitán, which fab shop did your superfluous driver side grab handle install?

I tell ya he's a real runner-sance man. Smart too. Didn't even need a winch like that National Park clown!

Haha. The same one that installed my “running boards”.

To be honest, my wife set the radio to that station and I don’t know how to change it.

Captain, as soon as I saw that pipe, I thought of your previous profile pic (why did you change it???). The electric shaver is a very nice touch when going out into the wild! Never know when your damsel might need you to look your best at the mall jungle. Sort of like James Bond, one has to always be ready!

Very nice thread - thank you for posting!!
