Right on thanks for the feedback. I know no rack would be silent, but i just wanted to make sure there was not any unusually loud noise spots.

I have the same rack and have been adjusting the wind fairing. Do you find its less noisy adjusted further down towards the roof? Or further up?

Further down mostly. But there's a fine line before the crossbar touches the roof. I'm worried about that rubbing through the roof paint when I have the rack loaded up. When it warms up around here, I think I'm going to add some anti-chafe tape and tweak the holes a bit to keep that from happening. That way the wind fairing can be a bit closer to the vehicle. I think there's about a 1/8" gap at the lowest point, but the curve of the Sherpa fairing doesn't hug the roof very well. It gets a little further apart as it goes toward the edges.

Luckily I have a strip of paint protection film on that area of the roof. Thanks!

Roof rack bolts(the attach the rails to the roof) m8x1.25x50

Also for everyone running full size racks, the front mounts(closest to windshield) did you have to drill for them?

Enjoying my Prinsu rack quite a bit, still solid (no rattling) after a few pretty heavy off road trips. BajaDesigns 7xl Linkable (stupid bright), Roam box, rotopax (actually need the gas once already), BD S2 Sport chase lights which are probably my favorite part IMG_2436.jpg IMG_2433.jpg IMG_2434.jpg IMG_2435.jpg :)

How do you like the xtreme led light bar? Do they ever go on sale? $420 seems like a pretty decent price.

I love it! very low profile so my paddle boards can sit right on top with no issues and little to no wind noise. My pictures do not do this rack/bar set up justice. I literally sit and stare out my office window at it all the time now. There is a stock white 4th gen SR5 parked next to me almost daily and mine looks SSSSOOOOOOOO much better! It's not even close!

I am thinking about adding a 42” Diode Dynamics lightbar to my Gobi rack. It’s about the same price as the extremeled one, and I already have their SS3 Pro fog lights, so… why not? Lol

I wonder if this one will work with the Sherpa Crestone roof rack as well?

I will, I promise. No immediate dirt trips planned so I will try to get some this weekend without getting arrested. The BD linkable bar really does turn night into day, it is just stupid bright as I said, really no other way to put it. The distance is bonkers as well, pretty much full 180 degree coverage. Very happy with them.
