2013 4Runner SR5

Hey all,
I got a set of wheels (17inch) that are 8.5 inch wide and 5.5 backspacing. Originally were suppose to go on my tacoma but want to use them on my 2013 4runner sr5. Just wondering if they would fit without rubbing? Tires would still stock 265/70/17. Thanks in advance.
