First time 4Runner owner... been actively involved in the Rover community for a lot of years. Been happy with on and offroad performance thus far.

Welcome! What noticeable differences are you finding thus far with the 4R from the Rover?

It was relatively straight forward. I installed both bumpers in about 7 hours on one Saturday.

Depends which Rover you are comparing too. Has more luxury than a Discovery, but is very comparable to my LR3. Much cheaper easier to lift an air suspension vehicle like the LR3, but also provides many more failure points when offroad. Mechanical functionality is always my preference over electronic from a reliability standpoint.
