2001 3 runner

To start water pump and timing belt were shot. Replaced both it now runs rough. Got a code reading stating replace camshaft position sensor did that. Still runs rough and has no acceleration when pedal smashed to the floor. When installing timing belt I made sure that all the marks lined up to the marks on the belt and pulleys. Don't see any hoses loose. I'm at a lose as where to look.
