Returning my second set of halogen headlights with terrible low beams

    I am returning my second set of halogen headlights with terrible low beams. They are defective with plastic cutting off the top part of the light. So called projector headlights with no up adjustment.
    What are good replacements
    2008 4Runner SR5?
