That's unfortunate. That's my problem with them. They have no clear images of the units they are selling. You just have to make out what they have and hope it's the correct one.

Hey! I am about to pull the trigger on this set up on my 2019 Pro. Is it seriously just plug and play and everything works? It makes me nervous spending so much money. Everything works like the OEM microphone, steering controls, backup camera, etc.... Thanks!!!

Yeah everything was pretty much that easy. Don't forget about the amp tho. That was the part that sucked to get to. You may need to get an OEM nav harness that meets from the top part of the headunit to a lower part of it. Yours may come with it though depending on who you're buying from.

Yeah, there is a guy that has one for sale with radio, amp and adapter harness (with GPS adapter) for $3k. It feels like a lot of money, but the OEM look is what I want, and it's better than paying $15-20k just to upgrade to the 2020+ Pro. Especially since my car is paid off.

Thanks for answering so fast... so you haven't had any troubles with yours at all since installation? Did you install it yourself?

No worries, happy to help! Yeah I did everything myself, the only issue I ran into was the USB harness and Android auto. I just installed a Motorola MA1 wireless adapter and that fixed it up. Was having some issues with it on some longer drives but I had it just behind the radio and I think it was over heating. I have now put that in the dash and that so far seems to have fixed the issue.
