Rear Wiper Stuck up

I recently found that I could not raise or lower the tailback window. After some messing around I realized I enabled the dreaded window lock. I turned that off and checked that the window would open and close. Right before I turned the motor off I apparently turned the rear wiper on. This left it stuck in full swipe position. The next morning I tried to get it to return to park using the switch and it doesn’t work. I checked the fuse and made sure the switch worked by triggering the washer. Not sure where to go from here. I even folded the blade back incase it sensed it on the glass no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
