I was driving last night in my TEP and glanced down to lower the back window and realized this particular switch is not backlit. This is the same switch regardless of model, so why the heck is it not backlit? Granted it isnt hard to find, but took a bit of fumbling to feel it without the backlight.
It seems strange they didn't backlight this particular switch, have others noticed if it is backlit or not??

glandnut... I checked this out last night and I have a '16 TEP and the switch does not appear to be backlit. Agree it seems weird.

It is not backlit. I feel the same way about the sunroof controls. They aren't lit either. I don't know if it was done on purpose. Maybe they don't think people drive with the windows down at night?

The main window switches are not backlit. So it makes sense the rear window switch is not lit.

Yep, I wonder if the Lexus brother has a backlit one...my damn seat heaters are lit, but not the back window. .

And, for those of you who don't read the manual- fully rotating the dimmer control upwards until the click is felt over-rides the auto dim on the cluster and controls when changing from daytime running, parking, and full headlamps.
