2015 Super White 4Runner SR5 4x4

Day 2 of my new 2015 SR5 4x4. I got the file pot on my hood, mirrors, door cups, and door edges. I tried to get dealer to install on the front bumper, but sales guy said that the plastic bumper didn't need the film protection on it. 3M sells a pre cut for the 2105 front bumper. I want t on the front bumper if it won't cause a problem. I do drive in South Georgia from time to time, and if you hit it right the love bugs are destructive and nasty.

Is there any reason why I shouldn't get it installed on my front bumper. Also, i'm looking for protection from weeds and small brush at my hunting property.
