Ordering adjustable coilovers?

    So when ordering adjustable coilovers (King, Fox, Icon, etc.) do you specify the height you want from the vendor or set the height when you receive them? I know it can be changed after insall just wondering about how they come out of the box.

    Lights all around. IVD front standard travel
    When I got my icons they came out of the box at 2.5”. They settled a bit but I just adjusted them back up to about 2.75”

    2.5" Fox Suspension
    The short answer is no. Every vehicle is different and will require its own amount of preload to get the ride height you want. Often times people will search on the forums to see how much preload others are running to get a close idea. Keep in mind, preload does NOT equal the amount of threads showing on the shock body. If you go with Fox or King, I can let you know the max recommend height.
