    Wanted to drop in and hello, I just found this forum and joined. Wife got a 2021 4Runner trail edition a few months ago. We do not plan on doing a lot of mods to it at least for now. She does want to put in an aftermarket bumper with bar etc. any suggestions is appreciated.

    Anyway, I'll be out and about reading up and trying to absorb as much information as I can. thank you

    I think you’re right about a “happy wife is a happy life”.

    That bumper is commonly referred to a low-profile bumper. I would look at C4 and Southern Style Off-road bumpers as alternative options…. Also to note that the bull-bar needs to go up and over the TSS so it doesn’t interfere and give you warning lights on your dash cluster. Others my chime in with other recommendations for the front bumper. I have the SSO on my 4Runner and my nephew has the C4, so I can only comment on those two from personal experience

    Thanks fellas, I will look into the C4 and Southern Style bumpers. Being in Billings, MT area I did tell her she may need something that would protect the front from our four legged neighbors that are always out and about.
