    Glad to have found this forum! Love my ‘18 4Rnr, but.....
    Etune keeps shutting itself off. Went to dealer for software update but 15 minutes after leaving it started again. Now returning this week where they may get “Toyota” involved..any suggestions appreciated!

    Thanks for your quick reply! Yes everything shuts down the radio the Bluetooth screen turns black then it recycles on its own without the radio on.. They updated the software but the problem continues. Yes in warranty and I have an appointment in a couple of days. Hope they solve it!

    Same happens to my ‘14. It helped when I deleted all other phones from Bluetooth settings except for my own, but it will still shut down occasionally.
