Newbie buying 95 4Runner needs advice?

Nice to be here. Hello All!
Im buying a 95 4Runner Friday. What should I be looking for when I go to check it out? I really like the 1st generation 4runners and i'm not really concerned about having to replace anything on it but. Im totally expecting it to need work. The guy says everything works fine and that it has been well maintained. I heard that parts are getting pretty scarce for these. It is an sr5 3.0. Any suggestions on what to be looking for before I hand over my cash
