Just purchased a 16 TE for the wife. Will be a DD, but we live in a rural area where deer and hogs are commonly hit and will probably need a tough bumper. Also like to get creative when looking for fishing spots, so it will see some tough terrain.

Plans are a small lift 3" or less, rock sliders w/steps for the kiddos, bumper, and possibly a roof rack.

We love camping and this vehicle will be put to use in that regard, bit also needs to stay reasonable as a DD.

I look forward to learning this platform and hopefully I can contribute as I gain experience.

Welcome aboard. Our 4R Canadian Trail is our DD, indeed our only rig now, and it does fine on snowy roads in Canadian winters and on summer trails. Your wife will, enjoy it, and so will you. - Cheers, Ted
