Hi! My wife and I just bought our first 4Runner. A 2019 TRD Pro in Voodoo Blue. We’re super happy and excited.

We live in Oregon and our new 4Runner gives us access to all the beauty of the state. Can’t wait for more exploration and camping.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! We're taking a trip up to Washington tomorrow, so hopefully we'll get some snow/mud along the way.

I asked my wife yesterday and she said we're getting 16-17 mpg. We're on our second tank (maybe 3rd?). No real highway miles yet - mostly around town and trip through the mountains to the coast.

Im still getting an average of 15.5. Very Frustrating. Spoke with someone at the Dealer who started to tell me the 17-20 quoted are not exact (duh) and ask about my driving style, but I should never been getting so low. Trying to get a hold of the owner.

Our average is still exactly 17mpg with mixed highway and city. I assume it will increase as weather gets warmer and the engine breaks in. Sorry to hear that you're not getting what you’d hoped for.

Welcome from Austin, Tx. Our daughter and Son-in-law are moving via 4Runner from Virgina to Tacoma, so we might FINALLY get to see your part of the US. Lucky guy. Thanks for the intro! Sounds like you have good times ahead.
