So I just bought my first 4runner off a family member it is 1999 4runner sr5 4x4 with 165,000 miles. I know it needs some work all they did was oil changes and basic maintance. It was gone though at 110,000 but was going to do another overhaul. What does everyone recomend? Thank you

    Welcome!

I'd suggest the usual, oil change, coolant, gear oil, replace Plugs. Can't go wrong from there.

Definitely do those too since you're doing coolant anyway. Might as well while you're in there. Plus will give you a peace of mind knowing its done.
