    deposit on 2022 new build
After 15 years in the Ridgeline world,
I was trying to grab a 4runner Trail, but they be all gone, 'cept 1 in cement.
Long story short, 1000 buck deposit for a 2022 new build.
However, there are no indications the Trail will BE for 2022.
Every other version has more than I want.
Should I just get my deposit back, and see what comes out in the fall??

Pinstripes, lots of em. Plus a couple dents.
The new Trail is an SR5.

Spend a couple grand more and get an Off Road with the locking rear differential.

Welcome from Wisconsin! Don't be so anxious! That is the sort of thing dealerships looove. If the deposit is not going to put a "crimp" in your lifestyle, don't worry about it. On the other hand, why not wait to see what 2022 has to offer? It's totally your call... like DRobs said, locking diff. is nice when you decide to "test" your new 4Runner.

    Trail vs Offroad 6k difference.
It's not for offroad, mainly as close as I can find to my Ridgeline, with more competent towing of my trailer build.
    Huge aftermarket is attractive, too.
    Can't justify the difference
