I have a 2015 4Runner TE (no kdss) i bought my truck back in november of 2014, so it's almost a year since i bought it. It's been stock until now. Just picked up an Icon stage5 lift kit for the truck. Looking forward to installing it. I have done an OME lift on my 2011 tacoma, looking at the 4runner's front set up they look almost identical as the tacoma. The rear is a bit different since the runner has coils instead of springs. Do people on this site do "wrench meets"? If there is one i would like to join to help and get people to help with my set up as well.
