New Member from New York

Hello Everyone , Have just joined the 4runner site . Was a member on the Tacoma World site for several months and had up until recently been shopping for and planning on getting my first new Tacoma . Well things in life change and had to come up with plan B as it wasnt going to work out with the Tacoma. After much searching and investigating into another suitable vehicle that was going to work for me i have decided on a 4 runner . Have put a deposit on a 2018 TRD Off Road Premium in Nautical Blue . The dealer should have it in their possession within the next 7 - 10 days . Very excited about this and cant wait to get behind the wheel of this beauty . As with the Tacoma site , this site seems to be full of people with a great deal of knowledge and excellent ideas when it comes to this vehicle . Going to spend the next few days going over this site and reading up on as many of the forums as i can to get ready for the arrival of my new 4runner . Will be posting some pictures as soon as i have it , i have a feeling i will be bothering many of you with question after question about mods . Looking forward to hearing from everyone out there and all the knowledge there is about this vehicle . Thanks , Bill

Welcome aboard Bill. I spent many happy days in New York and Connecticut in the '60s, when I worked for a yacht yard in Stamford. Now, you'll have to pop over to tour British Columbia some day. It'd be a great way to break in your new 4R! - Cheers, Ted

Update to my original post from Nov. 3rd ..... received a call from my dealer on Thursday that my new 4runner has arrived from the factory . Will be heading over there on Saturday afternoon to take possession . Very excited to get behind the wheel of this beauty . Will post some pictures as soon as possible . Let the mods and spending money begin !!!
