    Hello All,

    I have a question about a 1" rear spacer for my 17 sr5 premium 4runner.

    1. is the front suspension install the same as a 2nd-3rd gen tacoma? If so I am good on that one.

    2. Installing a rear 1" spacer. Is cornfed the only company making a 1" rear spacer?

    3. Thinking outside the box what is the easiest way to add a 1" rear spacer? My thoughts are to clamp the spring with a coil compressor and then lift the rear end and slip that sucker right in.

I'm no newbie to suspension work but i have only done this on my own in my garage and not professionally.

    Thanks in advance.

I think what you’re thinking will work. Slide a spring compressor in tier to hold tension and lift the rear to get the spacer in there.

Ah this is the thread, my bad op. I looked up some videos on YouTube for you and there are some decent ones that give you a nice tutorial on how to do the rear end lift.
