Has anyone replaced xreas with Bilstein 4600s on 2015 4Runner? I'm not looking to lift, just replace the xreas. I'm seeing the 5100s mentioned repeatedly but I'm told they would make the ride significantly stiffer. Mostly a daily driver here.

Welcome. Some delete the Xreas system and replace with new inexpensive oem suspension takeoffs available on fb marketplace or craigslist from guys lifting their trucks. Original Toyota Tokico gas shocks are some of the best made for these, replaced mine at 140K miles because the springs and outside casings were getting rusty and I got a full new takeoff set of front struts, rear springs and shocks installed for about $200 for both parts and labor, but gas charge in all 4 old shocks were perfect and probably would have lasted the life of the truck. Upsides were good price, perfect fit, great ride and oem quality, used the savings of spending on aftermarket suspension to rent a 4x truck for a week to check out back trails on the island of Sicily.
